YOUNG WINGLESS DRAGON

This baby dragon actually looks quite cute and harmless. In reality he (or she) will probably grow into a nasty and vicious monster. Despite being wingless and legless, the junior serpent shown here is completely capable of gobbling up unsuspecting people or animals up to about the size of a horse.

This is really a great serpent in it's early stages of development. Generally they live underground and only appear on the surface when very hungry. Dwarves delving in the mountains often come across them, to both parties consternation!

This specimen is about ten foot long, adults have been sighted at up to thirty foot long and any sensible subterranean explorer would be well advised to avoid becoming such a creatures lunch!
