The Duchy of Sponglepot is a very small country in the far north, close to the Sith Desert. The Duchy consists of four small islands and a little territory on the mainland around the Duke’s castle (which is large and impressively strong). There are very few inhabitants who live in two villages, one around the castle and the other on the biggest island. It is an isolated and rather poor place.
