BARONY OF DIMMENOR |

Dimmenor
is a large island and barony that is allied to Anguin and it lies to the
south of that land. It is a fairly tame and green country with only one
town (which is a port) and a large castle. |

KINGDOM OF ATHON |
|
Athon is a large island and kingdom of men to the east of Lesser Narb. The capital city is called Shallin. The island is, in some mysterious way, magical. This affects all of the inhabitants, giving some of them natural magical abilities. Athon is so magical that some beasts and plants are rumoured to actually talk! |

The king of Athon is always a were-beast, that is to say he can turn from animal to man and back again. |

PUG |
|
A
small village on the island of Athon, reputedly a base for pirates. Pug
is mainly a small fishing port that does a little coastal trade. There
is a great abandoned castle about five miles away in the hills that can
be seen from the village. |

SHALLIN |
|
The
capital and largest town in Athon, Shallin has a large bustling market
that is dominated by the Fairy-like Chateau where the King holds court.
Many strange talking beasts and odd creatures that are half man and half
beast, such as fauns and centaurs, frequent the town. |

POLGURN |

A
large town on the island of Athon, Polgurn is a busy port and base for a
fair sized fishing fleet. |
|
DUCHY OF TRISE |
|
A
Duchy in the Northern Archiapelago made up of one large and several
smaller islands. Trise is a dukedom with close ties to Athon; indeed the
Duke of Trise pays homage to the King of Athon but retains independence
in every other way. In past times Trise was part of Anguin. The people
of Trise are tall and proud. Although they are only a small country they
are respected by all of the nations around for their prowess in war on
land and at sea. The islands are mainly agricultural and there are
several small fleets of fishing boats based in the several natural
harbours. |
